Terms of service
General Provisions
Reservation Corrections: All corrections to reservations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Client Responsibility: Clients must be ready at the designated location prior to the scheduled pickup time.
No-Show Policy: A no-show or missed service will be billed in full after a grace period of 10 minutes.
Wait Time: Additional wait time may be available and will be charged at $1.50 per minute.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
: Cancellations must be confirmed via email 48 hours prior to service to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.
Late Cancellation
: Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full.
Rescheduling
: Rescheduled or changed reservations are subject to a $15 charge.
Fees and Surcharges
After-Hour Fee
: Services between 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. may incur an additional fee.
Additional Stops
: Extra stops are available at $30 each.
Peak Season Surcharge
: A surcharge of up to 15% may apply during peak seasons.
Liabilities and Damages
Vehicle Damage
: Clients assume full financial liability for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.
Cleaning Fee
: A minimum fee of $500 will be charged for out-of-service cleaning, including but not limited to vomiting.
Lost Items
: We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Payment Terms
Deposit
: A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required at the time of reservation.
Final Payment
: All remaining balances must be paid before the commencement of service.
Miscellaneous
Smoking Policy
: Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
Driver’s Rights
: The driver reserves the right to terminate service without refund for blatant indiscretions on the part of the client(s).
