Terms of service

General Provisions

  1. Reservation Corrections: All corrections to reservations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
  2. Client Responsibility: Clients must be ready at the designated location prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  3. No-Show Policy: A no-show or missed service will be billed in full after a grace period of 10 minutes.
  4. Wait Time: Additional wait time may be available and will be charged at $1.50 per minute.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be confirmed via email 48 hours prior to service to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.
  2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full.
  3. Rescheduling: Rescheduled or changed reservations are subject to a $15 charge.

Fees and Surcharges

  1. After-Hour Fee: Services between 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. may incur an additional fee.
  2. Additional Stops: Extra stops are available at $30 each.
  3. Peak Season Surcharge: A surcharge of up to 15% may apply during peak seasons.

Liabilities and Damages

  1. Vehicle Damage: Clients assume full financial liability for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.
  2. Cleaning Fee: A minimum fee of $500 will be charged for out-of-service cleaning, including but not limited to vomiting.
  3. Lost Items: We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Payment Terms

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required at the time of reservation.
  2. Final Payment: All remaining balances must be paid before the commencement of service.

Miscellaneous

  1. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
  2. Driver’s Rights: The driver reserves the right to terminate service without refund for blatant indiscretions on the part of the client(s).
